While the dentist is certainly important, the quality of the support staff really makes the difference between a good vs. great dental experience. They are all fantastic and beyond supportive and responsive. I would strongly recommend this dental office.

Love Dr. Loo! Always a great experience and quick service. She adds a personal touch by remembering things we've talked about despite only seeing her twice a year! Dr Loo and her staff are always very professional and make dental visits a pleasure! The office is very modern and new with views of the city. With every visit, Dr Loo always takes the time to thoroughly clean and properly examine my teeth. I am happy to have found such a great dentist located in a convenient location in the city.

Jen, the receptionist was exceptional! It was my first dental visit in awhile so I had a lot of questions about coverage. She was patient every step of the way and was more than happy to answer all my questions. Wendi is as everyone else says: she’s kind but straightforward, and informative. I tend to be nervous with doctor visits but her calm and pleasant attitude made me feel like I was taken care of every step of the way (xrays, dental cleaning, and potential future treatment).

What we offer

Services

 

Insurance

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO out-of-network. We are not part of any managed care network. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be. The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
